   The document “Meaningful Use Tool” is no longer available on docstoc.
   It has either been removed by the original owner of the document or by the docstoc staff due to copyrighted or inappropriate content

   I have a physician who is in his second reporting year for meaningful use but will be retiring in March 2012. Can I still attest at the end of 2012 for his second year even though he will not be here the entire year?

   Good question. We’re checking with CMS to see if we can get a firm answer. Assuming they respond, we’ll likely make the answer into a future Meaningful Use Monday.
