Will Meaningful Use be Relaxed?

After my post on EMR and EHR about Relaxing of the Meaningful Use rule, I thought it would be interesting to do a quick poll on what people think will happen with the Meaningful Use rule. Should be an interesting result:

I had to think long and hard to vote on this one. After reading through the final rule on the temporary certification program, though, I’m going with C: “They’ll say so, but not meaningfully.” There will probably be some changes, but I’m not holding my breath of any major breakthroughs. Dr. Blumenthal’s blog post on the topic quelled any hope I had on flexibility.
